Who we are

Kanto Systems Oy (Business ID 3636096-4) is the controller of personal data collected through this website. You can reach us about anything in this notice at info@kantoeco.fi.

What we collect, and why

The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, email address, company and message. We use it for one purpose — reading and responding to your inquiry, and any business discussion that follows from it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries addressed to us, and where your inquiry aims at an agreement, taking steps prior to entering into a contract.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, Inc. (United States), which hosts this website and operates its form service. Netlify processes this data on our behalf under its standard data-processing terms, including EU standard contractual clauses. Submissions are also delivered to our email inbox. We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else.

What we don't do

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking of any kind, and loads all its resources — including fonts — from its own servers, so your browser contacts no third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence only as long as it is needed to handle your inquiry and any business relationship that follows. Form submissions stored in Netlify's dashboard are deleted periodically.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email info@kantoeco.fi and we'll handle it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
